— Existential Coach and Mindfulness Trainer

My approach to coaching is based on creating a relationship of trust—one where you can explore, accept, and be yourself. A relationship grounded in empathy, attention, and the capacity to understand and embrace yourself and others becomes the soil for building sustainable and realistic life strategies.

I accompany clients during transitional life periods—when questions about meaning, choice, and identity emerge. Our work is rooted in mindful presence, attention to inner experience, and integration of that experience into real life.

In my practice, I rely on evidence-based methods—only approaches supported by psychological research and clinical data. For me, it’s essential that inner work is not only deep but also demonstrably effective.

My priorities are confidentiality, mindfulness, productivity, and realism.
