Online Mindfulness
Practice Group
Mindfulness is the natural ability of the mind to be aware of the present moment with acceptance. As we develop this skill, we become more capable of dealing with stress effectively and making more grounded decisions.
It supports a lifestyle that allows us to take better care of ourselves, our health, and live with greater well-being, kindness, and psychological resilience.
This group may be helpful
if you are interested in developing the following skills:
• Kind attention — noticing mind-wandering and “autopilot” states.
• Recognizing your response patterns and how certain ways of coping with stress might actually increase it.
• Feeling care and kindness toward yourself during moments of stress.
• Using mindfulness to respond skillfully — in ways that support your well-being and that of those around you.
• Taking a small step back from your direct experience, to see it more clearly and choose a wiser response.
Practice Days:
Every Thursday from 18:30 to 20:00 (UTC+2) on Signal
Please note: this group takes place once a year — approximately from December to February (8 weeks).
